Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the terms applicable to purchases of Bond Style digital products sold by DYN PRODUCTIVITY SEMPRE PRIVATE LIMITED through bondconfidence.in.

Nature of Product

Bond Style is a digital educational product. Once a purchase is completed, the product is typically delivered electronically or access is enabled digitally. Because the product is intangible and can be accessed or consumed immediately after purchase, refunds are handled under the conditions stated below.

General Refund Rule

All sales are generally final once access to the digital product has been granted or the product has been delivered successfully. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition, subject to any rights that may be available under applicable law.

No refund will ordinarily be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to read the product description, terms, or compatibility requirements before purchase.
  • Lack of usage, delayed usage, or failure to apply the material.
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations after access has been provided.
  • Requests made after substantial or complete consumption of the digital content.

Cases Where a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered, at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law, in the following limited situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a duplicate payment.
  • Your payment was successful, but access to the purchased product was not provided within a reasonable period and the issue remains unresolved after you contact support.

  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer protection law.

Refund Request Timeline

If you believe your case qualifies for review, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review except where otherwise required by law.

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where feasible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or financial institution involved. Approval of a refund request does not guarantee immediate credit to your account.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a transaction issue, we ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension of access, denial of future service, or submission of relevant transaction records to the payment processor or legal authorities where appropriate.
